I’ve been inundated with numerous silent calls from the 0138 area code lately, and oddly enough, none of them leave any voicemails. We’re ex-directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, yet this number, 01387221209, keeps cropping up. It seems highly likely that all these calls are interconnected in some way.
