Claimed to be from TalkTalk, they directed me to the tech team who told me my router was faulty, even though I had just replaced it a couple of weeks ago. I mentioned that my son usually handles computer stuff and asked for a number to call back, but the guy kept insisting that the line would be disconnected in 24 to 48 hours. Still no number was given. Then he mumbled something and suddenly ended the call.
