Got a recorded message saying it was from the BT tech team, warning me my internet would be cut off today. They told me to press 1 for assistance or 2 if I wanted to cancel my service. I just ended the call straight away.

I got a call with some robotic voice telling me my account was gonna be closed and to press 1 to talk to someone. I kinda guessed it was dodgy but I pressed 1 anyway. Then this person asked me for my bank info. I didn’t give anything away and when I asked a few questions back, the call just dropped on me. Pretty obvious scam really.
