Just got a call from someone pretending to be TalkTalk, said my line was messed up and would be cut off if I didn’t press 1 or 2 to fix it. Weird thing is, I'm already in the middle of an actual chat with TalkTalk tech support sorting out a problem. Seems a bit dodgy to me!

I got a call from a man who spoke really clearly, but it was definitely an automated message. He told me that TalkTalk was gonna cut off my broadband and phone soon!
