They wanted my bank info and started yelling at me. I asked why they needed it and they said it was to confirm my account. When I said I’d just give them the last four digits, they shouted back, "Am I daft? I want your sort code and account number." I told them I wasn’t comfortable with that. Then they threatened to come round and smash down my door to grab all my stuff. I ended the call straight away.

Hello there! We recently received a correspondence that appears to echo what others have reported, mainly concerning a certain quote. My wife is convinced it’s a scam. It's worth mentioning that the company listed on the letterhead is actually a debt recovery agency, but it goes by a different name than the one stated in the letter.
