this number wouldnt stop ringing my home phone. when i finally picked up today, i told them to quit calling me. the lady on the other end asked for my name and account info. i told her i wasnt gonna give any personal details. she got a bit annoyed and promised to take me off their list. but then they rang back just 5 minutes later! total scam if you ask me.

Got a call from Capitol Resolve ITD - sounded like those debt chasing people. Definitely a debt collector trying to sort something out.
