Got a woman on the phone earlier who was really rude, asking to talk to someone in my home who supposedly had an accident. That’s totally not true. This was the fourth time they’d rang me in just one week! When I told them to stop calling, she actually started yelling, saying they never contacted me before, even though I have the call logs. Honestly, what a horrible experience.
