Got a call from someone claiming I own shares or something like that. I've had calls like this several times, and they usually try to get personal info. From what I've read online, if you keep talking, they'll probably ask you to transfer cash into some sort of escrow account. Definitely seems like a scam to me.

Got a call from a woman with a strong foreign accent claiming to be from this guaranteed telecom thing. She kept pushing me to sign up for some nuisance call blocking service and said she needed to "verify" my card info for the monthly fees. I was struggling to get what she was saying and only noticed after a while that she was fishing for way too much personal details!
