Watch out for this rip-off! I got a call from an Asian bloke claiming telemarketing calls would soon be blocked without any action. I played along to figure out the con. He asked if I pay my phone bill through direct debit, to which I said yes. Then he said they needed my updated debit card info to keep the payments going. I just told him "No chance mate" and hung up straight away. Weirdly, he already had my name and address.
