Got a call from some bloke named Dean Nickleson, ringing from this Dudley number. He claimed he’s with Miller and Stone and works with ATOL protected tour operators across the UK. Apparently, they’ve got a list of over 10,000 hotels and resorts that have had complaints over the last couple of years - not necessarily about you, but just in general. They said refunds are being organised for anyone who’s stayed at these places. When I asked for specifics, Dean couldn’t provide any info about which hotels were involved because he said he didn’t have the details. Bit odd if you ask me.
