i usually dont pick up unknown numbers but today i did. The recording said thanks for contacting customer service and then i was put on hold. shortly after, a person answered saying "thanks for calling, how can i help you?". i mentioned they had called me and then out of nowhere she called me by my name! i told her it wasnt me they wanted and she just ended the call.
