7 yearsI picked up this one, just to check. What a joke - after a long silence, I got through to a scratchy, distant call centre, and some woman with a thick Hindi accent started yakking away. She was clearly reading off some ancient, outdated list, trying to push me to buy some magic gadget or service to stop annoying calls. I never let it get further - it’s always just a setup to grab your bank info. I told her off, not rude but firm enough, and she finally hung up.
