Somebody called 'Jane' claiming to be from BT Openreach, said she was there to fix my line. It was the typical routine, trying to get me to let her fiddle with my computer remotely. I left her waiting on the line for about 15 minutes while I got my laptop running. If they waste my time, I'm gonna do the same right back!
