Got a recorded call supposedly from BT but with an American accent, even though the UK number showed up on my phone. They said they'd cut off my internet today if I didn't press 1 to stay connected with BT - total scam. I just blocked the number. Seriously, when will BT actually do something to stop these fraudsters?
