On the 17/1 my phone said this call might be a scam and stopped it. What really bugs me is that on 5/1 I only asked for a brochure from a mobility firm called Willowbrook. I made it clear no calls or texts, but they keep ringing me anyway. They sent me an email with the brochure but I didn’t even open it and deleted it. If they don’t respect my wishes, I’m just gonna ignore them back. I worry a lot of their buyers might be older folks; do they really think it’s okay to hound people with calls till they give in and buy something?

I recently filled out a form on The Recliner Factory's website for a rise and recline chair. I made it quite clear that I’d prefer no phone calls, as using the phone is quite a challenge for me. Sadly, I was obliged to provide a contact number to complete my request for a quotation. I even followed up on their email to reiterate my wish for written communication only. To my dismay, they’ve attempted to call me four times now, on three consecutive days! I find this incredibly intrusive and a total disregard for my specific requests as someone with disabilities.
