I also sent them a message asking if they could send a catalogue by post for my grandad who’s 94. I was just trying to find some info on adjustable beds from this recliner place in Dudley, and since they don’t list prices on their website, I asked for a brochure. Trouble is, I never got one through the post. Instead, they’ve been ringing me like crazy - sometimes 3 or 4 times daily - even after I blocked the number. This started back in November and it’s still happening now it’s January. They seriously don’t stop pestering. Honestly, do yourself a favour and just block and steer clear to keep your peace of mind!

I ended up having to reach out to trading standards plus two different ombudsmen over nearly two years just to get my money back because they sold me something under false pretences. So, I came across an ad on telly for Recliner Factory and checked out their site to figure out their prices. After dropping my info, I got a message saying they'd ring me up, which I wasn’t keen on - just wanted the price really. I had a chat with them today; they were quite polite but said they only offer demos at your home and won't give prices over the phone since the chairs are custom-made. I’m guessing once they’re at your place, they might push a bit to get a sale. Bit of a shame, their chairs do look nice though.

In August, I called this company to inquire about the prices of a recliner chair for my father. I mentioned that I would inform them if I decided to proceed. Since then, I have been bombarded with 77 calls from them, even after I tried blocking their number. It's incredibly frustrating! Today, I called again to demand that they stop contacting me. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to was very rude and claimed they had the legal right to keep calling unless explicitly told otherwise. She wouldn't even listen to my explanation and insisted that I close the enquiry to put an end to the continuous calls. It's absolutely ridiculous! Hopefully, now that I have spoken to them again, the unwanted calls will finally cease.

Last night, I was browsing the internet looking for a reputable recliner company when a window popped up offering a 50% discount. By mistake, I filled out a form to request more information, thinking it was from the reputable company. However, upon realizing my error, I sent multiple messages to them, requesting that they refrain from contacting me by any means. Nonetheless, this morning I've received repetitive calls from the same number, which abruptly end when I request them to leave a message. Consequently, I have once again reported this issue to Ofcom. They have taken note of this number as it's the same one I previously reported. Ofcom suggested answering their calls and if it turns out to be a silent call, they can assist further.
