Got a call from someone claiming to be Visa’s Security team saying my card got hit with two payments, one for £300 and another for £1,00. They told me to press 1 to talk to customer support. Didn’t even think twice, just ended the call right away. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent claiming Amazon just billed me £700. Told him off with a few colourful words and booted the call. Totally a scam, no doubt.

Got a call from this number, a woman with an English accent was on the line. She claimed that £300 had been withdrawn from my bank account and then said an extra £1000 was also taken. She told me to press some buttons on my phone but I wasn’t really paying attention to what company she said she was with. I just ended the call straight away.
