This strange number called me a couple of times over two days. When I picked up, there was a robotic voice saying it was from my Housing Department (which I don’t have), about some issues with my faults (totally news to me). I asked who I was speaking to and all it told me was that I have a tenancy (which I definitely don’t). So, I blocked it. Also, it was followed by a call from another number 0331 630 3180 (came up as 33 secs, zero Kb) - which is a bit alarming.
