On the 13th of September 2021, my husband received a call from this number arranging a physio appointment. After three days, I attempted to return the call to confirm the time but found myself unable to connect-just received a message indicating the number is incorrect. The appointment is meant to be at a premises close to Corbett Hospital. I'm left uncertain whether this is a genuine appointment until we go along at the scheduled time. Fingers crossed it’s not a scam, considering my husband is already undergoing physiotherapy at our local health centre; I had presumed it was simply a continuation of that.

Got a call from an Asian bloke who, when pressed, couldn’t give me my own info. I kept asking and all he had was an address and a surname. Come on, if you really know who’s there, you should be able to answer a simple question. I told him if I looked up his number online, it’d probably say “scam alert”! Seriously, folks, don’t let these muppets get away with it - make them prove they know your details. If they can’t, then they surely don’t have your full info like proper companies would who you deal with.

I’m certain these calls are from the District Nurses. They might ring you, but you’re not able to return the call on this number. Instead, you need to phone the Russell’s Hall operator and ask them to connect you to the District Nurse. Hope this info helps.
