I've gotten calls from these guys a couple of times, though not always the same number. The voice message is all automated but they make it sound like a real person’s chatting with you. I reckon they're attempting to catch you saying specific things so they can slip past security checks later on.

This Executive Advice Service lot has called me a couple times already, but from a seperate number (01733 188111). It’s always a recorded message that repeats the same stuff. Seems like they want you to say specific things so they can nab your voice info or something dodgy like that.
