Got a call from someone claiming to be D&G appliance insurance - I contacted D&G directly and they confirmed it’s definitely a scam. Watch out for this one!

So I got a call from someone saying they were with "Domestic Appliances". They tried to push me into renewing a yearly contract for three of my home gadgets, claiming there was a 35% discount. The bloke on the phone could tell from my surname that it sounded Eastern European. I've since made a report to the ICO about it.
