My home had credit double glazing installed all over along with upvc soffits and fascias. Seems like they either don’t check their files or maybe their stuff is rubbish and breaks often, needing frequent swaps. I told them once to take my number off their list, but looks like they ignored me completely. I've had to block their number on my phone now.

Cr Smith keeps ringing me like 4 or 5 times every day. I initially wanted a quote but they ended up cancelling 5 appointments last minute (one time they called it off just 10 mins before turning up!). So I told them to stop contacting me and take my details off their list.

I foolishly answered thinking it was my medical appointment calling, which I knew would show as no caller ID. The woman on the phone was polite, not pushy, and even said sorry for calling.

Cr Smith, I requested a quote from them ages ago and they just won't leave me alone with their pushy calls. I figured I’d blocked them for good, but they just ring from new numbers once you block the old ones. Not dangerous or anything, just a proper pain in the neck!
