completely scammy and super impolite. i haven’t been in any crash but they kept trying to get me to chat anyway. when i nicely asked them to delete my info, they just cut me off mid-sentence and hung up! and the worst part? they rang me first! unbelievable.

I had a rather unpleasant experience when I got a call from this firm at 2:21 PM on the 1st of March. The young lady on the other end lost her composure and hurled some rather rude insults my way when I declined to engage with her sales pitch. Quite shocking, really!

I tried to request the removal of my details, but they were completely unresponsive and ultimately ended the call on me. It's utterly frustrating dealing with their lack of regard. I’ll be relentless in pursuing them until my information is taken off their list. The call came from Dunfermline in Fife, by the way.

Got a call from 'Your Vehicle Consultants' earlier. I called back since it showed as a local number, but it went right to an answerphone. Decided to block the number after that.
