Got a call from a really nice guy with a proper English accent saying he was from Asda. I told him I actually work there and he just wished me a nice day. Seemed pretty genuine, but just be careful as it might be a scam. I’ve been with Asda for a while and we don’t usually ring customers to push better service or delivery slots.

So, I just had a phone call from this number claiming to be about Asda delivery slots, offering to help me book one on the spot. The bloke sounded really polite, with a proper English accent, and said loads of people thought Christmas delivery slots were all gone but apparently there’s still some left. Felt a bit off, so I looked up the number and found out it’s actually linked to a scam. I’m planning to report it to the police now.

Got the same call here in Dunfermline, they tried saying I was on universal credit and hadn’t worked an Asda delivery since last Christmas. Some woman with an Asian accent rang me, and I just told her to jog on. For the record, Dunfermline’s in Scotland, not England. If anyone else gets a ring from that number, you ought to report it to the police or trading standards straight away.

I got a really odd phone call from someone claiming to be with Asda in Dunfermline. They asked if I wanted to pre-book a Christmas lunch like I supposedly did last year. I've never actually had a Christmas lunch at a supermarket, and I don’t even live anywhere near Dunfermline. So weird!
