I answered the phone and a bloke said something about cosy homes. Curious, I asked where he found my number and what was the reason for the call, especially since I’ve been on the TPS list for ages. Without any explanation, he just cut me off straight away.

they rang and asked for me by name. i asked who was calling and they said it was leanne from somewhere. i told them nicely that i’m on the do not call list and then they hung up. later i phoned the number back, explained the situation, and got through to a manager named diane. she said sorry and promised to look into it. it was a local number, otherwise theres no way i would have picked up.

Somebody rang me but didn’t bother to leave a message, so no idea who it was.

I've had a couple of calls from this number recently. Every time I answered, there was complete silence. Since I live in the 01383 postcode, I thought I’d return the call, believing it might be a local shop trying to get in touch with me. When I called back, all I got was a recorded voice instructing me to hold for an advisor. Strangely, none of the businesses mentioned in earlier remarks seem to be listed in any of the local directories. I can't help but think this is merely a ruse to check if the numbers collected for telemarketing are still active.

I got a call around half six, all I could hear was chatter before they just cut the call. Honestly, who phones at dinnertime? Such idiots.
