I just picked up a call from this number, some sort of claims outfit (didn't quite get the name). The guy claimed I’d ticked a box on an insurance site allowing them to ring me, but he couldn’t say which site - I don’t even do insurance stuff online and haven’t had any accidents. He went on about me having a car crash in the last three years... Yeah, right! Tell him to buzz off!

A bloke with a posh English accent called me saying I’d apparently been in a small car accident. Thing is, I don’t even drive - my husband does, but he kept insisting it was me. Honestly, I don’t even have a driving licence! Feels like some scam to me, and I’m really uneasy about how he managed to get hold of my phone number and full name. Quite worrying, to be honest.
