Today, I received a rather peculiar call on my home phone, featuring a robotic voice blaring about my Amazon Prime subscription supposedly being set for auto-renewal using my credit card details. They went on to list various options for me to either cancel or speak to an agent. It’s a classic con, really-they aim to catch you off guard, hoping you’ll unwittingly press a button. Before you know it, you've been stung, and the charges can be hefty!
