Had a lady ring me on my home phone claiming there’d been a £600 withdrawal from my Barclays account just ten minutes ago. She said she needed to verify my account info and all that. I ended the call straight away and went to my nearest cash machine to check my balance. Turns out, no £600 had been taken out. Mind you, I had taken some cash out earlier from a different ATM and that wasn’t showing on the balance yet.
