Keep getting these calls from someone claiming to be “BT” with a woman speaking in an American accent. The message says there’s an issue with our internet and that the service will be cut off today if we don’t act. They tell you to press 1 to sort it or 2 to talk to BT directly. Problem is, our broadband isn’t even with BT. This same recording has rung us up about 4 times today - really annoying!
