Over a year ago, we asked this lot to remove us from their sales lists, yet they’ve had the audacity to try reaching out again just today (which we didn’t bother answering). The most infuriating part was receiving a letter from them saying, 'thank you for updating your marketing preferences,' right after we clearly told them where they could shove their correspondence. To top it off, they didn’t even put a stamp on the envelope! So, we ended up footing the bill at the post office for a piece of mail that was utterly unwanted and, given the phone call today, completely misleading as well.
