Got a phone call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from Guaranteed Telecom. She said she wanted to set me up with nuisance call blocking and started asking for my card details for some monthly phone charges. I was kinda distracted trying to follow what she was saying and only realised after it was too late that she was fishing for way too much personal info!

Got a call claiming to be from BT’s tech support saying my internet was hacked. They told me to press 1 to get help from BT or 2 if I use another provider. I just ended the call right away.
