9 yearsI got a call from a bloke who never said who he was or why he was ringing. He asked for someone whose name I didn’t recognise and then talked about a Dyson warranty running out. I told him there’s no one here by that name and we don’t own a Dyson either, which seemed to catch him off guard. Then he went through the address just to double-check and said he’d ring back later, which seemed odd since neither the person nor the vacuum exists at this place. When I asked why he was calling about a Dyson, he mentioned they were ‘in the area’ offering to service Dyson vacuum cleaners. The guy spoke politely and said he’d update their ‘database’ with the info. Felt like a fishy and odd call all round!9 yearsGot a call asking if we owned a Dyson vacuum?
