Honestly, steer clear and keep your cash for something useful like new appliances. That £20 a month workes out to a crazy £1200 over five years! When I last needed them to fix my washer, it took a whole two weeks to sort it, and with disabled people in the house, they couldn’t be bothered to lend a hand. They’re just not reliable at all, total joke.
