Totally dodgy! I saw an ad on Facebook about free samples since Myer’s shutting down, but before going any further, I checked the fine print. Turns out they planned to charge me £100 each month for a few months! I didn’t go through with it, but even after blocking the number, this bloke, some Canadian or American guy, keeps bombarding me with texts. It's driving me insane. I've reported him to Scamwatch and the cops. Honestly, I just want to catch the idiot and tell him to buzz off proper.

I live in Australia and started filling out an online form with my name, address, and landline before I decided to stop. Luckily, I didn’t enter any bank info after seeing stories about hundreds of women being billed $100 a month without agreeing to it. These women, just like I almost did, had sent a form for a free sample but were then charged a $3.95 postage fee. A guy with an American or Canadian accent keeps leaving messages, urging me to finish the form and give my bank details. I told him I'm not interested, yet he keeps ringing anyway.
