It was a recorded voice with an English accent, mentioning a cancelled train ticket with East Midlands trains, from St Pancras to Edinburgh. Bit strange, as EMR don’t even run past Liverpool. Normally, to get from London to Edinburgh, you'd take either LNER or LUMO from King’s Cross. I just hung up straight away. I’m sure they were gonna ask for my bank info next to "refund" me.
