I got a call from 3 saying I owed money, but it was definitely a scam. Don't trust those calls!

I usually dont pick up calls from numbers I dont know, so I let it ring through to voicemail but didnt get any message, so I have now blocked the caller.

Got a call from this number which shows up as BT, but I’ve never been a BT customer. They were trying to give me some 30% discount on something - not sure what exactly. When I picked up, there was a weird pause and then someone came on. You could hear a lot of background noise from a call centre. Didn’t really catch what the caller was about, so I just ended the call. Classic sales technique, really annoying.
