Got a call at 2:36 pm yesterday from a woman named Shirley, said she was from my internet provider. Told me my computer had been hacked globally, sounded exactly like the same scam I got earlier from 01357911036. When I questioned her, the line just dropped. Can’t believe how many of these fake calls keep coming through!

Got a call the other day, sounded like some internet company trying to scam me. It was a prerecorded message, claiming there was an issue with my connection or something. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!

My elderly mum got a call from this number, and some lady said something about them needing to cut off her phone or maybe her internet, I’m not quite sure since mum wasn’t paying full attention. Mum believed it was someone from BT. I tried ringing back the number they left, but it just kept ringing and no one answered. I actually work as a middle manager at BT, and trust me, we’d never contact customers like this or threaten to disconnect without a proper reason. It’s definitely a scam, best just block it and forget about it.

Got a call from someone claiming to be my internet provider. I just muted it and pretended to hang up after a while. They ended up wasting their own time and hung up first. Clever way to deal with those scammers!

I picked up the phone and it just went dead straight away. Had no clue who was calling till I looked it up here. Gonna block that number now.

Have you had a call from 01382 320460 too? Someone claiming to be “Shirley from the internet company.” It’s so annoying, makes you wonder why nothing is being done about these calls.

Got two calls, one on the 1st of May and another today. A lady with a really thick American accent left a recorded message saying my computer's IP was under threat and I needed to ring their tech team to fix it. Pretty sure it was a scam, so I just ignored both calls.

I got a recorded call saying my internet was at risk. They tried to get me to hit button one to talk to a "technician" about changing my ISP address. I just ignored it and ended the call straight away.

I got a call from a foreign woman saying she was calling for my internet provider about some issues they were having and that they needed to reroute something. She told me to press 1 but I never said a word, just hung up straight away. Funny thing is, this was right after I had a call from 02038371739 which was completely silent. Really weird.

Today, I got a call on a different number from the same bloke, saying it was about my internet service.

Got calls from people saying they're with BT, saying my IP address got hacked and I need a new router. Total rubbish. I get about three of these a day, different phone numbers each time cos I keep blocking them. If you do what they say, you end up letting them take control of your computer or whatever you use for the net, and then they can steal your passwords and banking info. Watch out for this scam!

I just got a call from the same number. I never pick up calls that aren't local or saved on my phone, so no surprise there. From what I’ve seen of other replies to this number, looks like it’s best to just block it!
