Usave Solutions Limited have only been around since May 2018, so they aren't some old company with years of experience. They don’t really shop around for the best energy deals; instead, they stick with Together Energy and seem happy to jack up your bills and charge exit fees. I’ve told them loads of times to stop calling but they ring me multiple times every single day!

At first, he said I was on a pricey tariff and could lower my costs. I said no thanks, but he kept pushing, warning my bills would rise soon. I received a phone call from someone claiming to be ringing from Dundee. There was quite a racket in the background, reminiscent of kids having a jolly time in either the lounge or the kitchen. The chap used my name and mentioned something along the lines of finding me the best deal. It was a rather peculiar moment, as he seemed to be munching on something whilst chuckling away. I simply replied that I was fine, and before I knew it, he had disconnected the call. Quite odd, really!
