Got a call from some lot calling themselves “the upgrade team” (they even said which company they were from). I told them straight away I wasn’t giving out any details. Then they started threatening that if I didn’t speak to them, I couldn’t get any upgrade. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

I got a call from someone pretending to be from O2, but it was obviously a scam. They wanted loads of personal info, including the 16 digits from my debit card and even the 3-digit security code on the back. Total nonsense, just a typical con.
