Got a call from these lot who said they needed to see my mum who’s 84 and lives alone. It was gone 8pm on a cold February evening! A little while back, my elderly folks received a call from this number, purporting to be from Scottish Power. They were dangling the bait of a supposed 'discount for loyal customers' - only a month’s worth, mind you. What made it even more dodgy was that they tried to entice my parents to head over to an address in Dundee. Thankfully, when my parents made the trip, they couldn’t locate the place. It’s quite possible the address is a figment of their imagination. The whole situation gives me shivers, especially considering what could have unfolded had the address actually been legitimate. I've been receiving calls from this number repeatedly over the last week, and it's quite unsettling. Every time I pick up, it's just silence, but I can hear what sounds like heavy breathing on the other end. It's really starting to unnerve me, and I'm seriously thinking about contacting the authorities. Curiosity got the better of me, so I attempted to ring the number back, but shockingly, there was no response. It's all very unsettling, to say the least!
