What a nightmare! As soon as I answered, this bloke started shouting all sorts of rubbish at whoever was meant to be on the other end. At first, I thought he was having a go at me, but then the operator explained it was a wrong number mix-up. The call seemed to come from some place called Multigen Services - no idea who they are!
