I got a phone call from someone purporting to be from the BT Technical Team. They were banging on about how they had received numerous reports regarding issues with my BT Broadband over the past few weeks. Utter and total rubbish! Don't be taken in by this nonsense! A right bunch of scammers if you ask me!
