It’s rather alarming to note that they work with some hefty corporations, one of which happens to be my car insurance provider. We received a call from a man named Ryan claiming to represent "Home Solutions". After my wife lost patience, she ended the call. However, just 4 minutes later, he called back and his behaviour was extremely abusive. I informed him that we are registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and he is not allowed to contact us. To my surprise, he responded saying that he had never even heard of the TPS and continued to state that he can call me regardless. I attempted to explain the purpose of TPS, but he abruptly ended the call. It's disheartening when encounters like this occur, and it makes me believe that these individuals need to be shut down.
