Got a call from +49 38208 00253, which is somewhere in Germany. I’ve got no mates or business there, so no clue why they’d ring me. Didn’t pick up, no voicemail left either. Of course, blocked straight away!

I picked up and there was just quiet on the other end. Maybe they misdialled or something because no one spoke. The call didn’t drop on its own, so after a few seconds I ended it myself.

Got another call today, wasn’t silent this time though. The bloke said he was working for a call blocking company and was sorting out my call blocking settings to stop all those annoying telemarketers. Seems like he was trying to improve my call blocking overall.

Got a call from someone saying they were with HMRC and that I was owed a tax refund. They sent me a link to click on to claim the money. The weird thing is, I don’t even pay tax! Definitely a scam, so watch out folks!
