I have a strong suspicion that this lady was trying to fish for my financial information. I was absolutely shaken when it dawned on me that she not only had my complete name but also my accurate address. She mentioned observing that I hadn't submitted any claims regarding my water services.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from the bank, asking for my old relatives bank info. Obviously hung up and blocked them right away. Total scam.

Got a call from a lady who somehow knew my name and address. She said I hadn’t filed any claims on my water insurance recently and was offering me a discount because of that. I told her I haven’t made any claims since I don’t actually have insurance like that, then she just cut me off straight away. Pretty clear it was a dodgy call, so I’ve blocked the number now.
