Got a call from Fusion Services, asking odd marketing questions before trying to flog your info to who knows who. They’re not even based in Devizes - they’re using UK numbers, but the calls come from an Indian call centre. Seems pretty dodgy and probably against regulations. Best just tell them to shove off when they ring you up.

I think the lady’s name was Marie or something like that, but she had a thick accent so it was tricky to catch. She called out my name straight away, which was a bit odd. Then came the usual “How are you? Hope you’re alright” nonsense. When I asked who was on the line, she said something like “Fusion,” or words to that effect. I told her I didn’t want the call and just ended it there.
