Got a call claiming to be from BT, warning my broadband would get cut off if I didn’t press 1. They said pressing 2 might end the service too. Then the call just dropped. When I tried to ring back, the number wasn’t even in the system. This happened right after I had a proper chat with BT about some email problems. Maybe just a coincidence, but it feels dodgy to me. Totally ridiculous.
