He had a noticeable foreign accent and there was a lag in his voice. He asked if we were familiar with a John Cole and mentioned that our IP address had apparently been accessed from the USA. He insisted we turn on a computer or laptop so he could guide us through checking the IP address. When I said I only had a tablet, he asked me to switch that on instead to show me.
