They said they were from a local green energy company, but I just ended the call.

I got a call from someone saying they were from the “energy monitoring department” linked to a “green allowance”. She seemed really dodgy and messed up when trying to explain what it was all about. When I asked her to clarify what the green allowance actually meant, she just went quiet and ended the call.
