There was a pause when I picked up, then a recorded voice claimed to be from the bank’s security team but never said which bank. They said there were two suspicious transactions on my account today - one for £180 with Amazon and another £800 sent abroad. I didn’t hang around to hear more and just ended the call. The number seemed to be from nearby.
